TESTIMONY
In September 2014 I started feeling shock like sensations on my body pricking my skin. Then I began experiencing stomach problems. I used to have a feeling whenever I ate, as if trhe food was stack in my throat. I first went to Bosongo Medical Clinic in Kisumu where several tests were carried out on 18th of September 2014. The clinic prescribed me some antibiotics which didn’t help.
Seeing no improvement, I had to go to more authoritiative hospital for further check-up. I went to the Kisii level 5 hospital which is the biggest government hospital in the area. From there, I was reffered to the Aga Khan Hospital of Kisumu which is one of the best private hospitals in the country. I visited the Aga Khan Hospital three times after thorough examinations I was diagnosed Gastric Esophageal Reflux, which means I have a weak valve that cant stop the chime going back to my esophageal. The doctor asked me to undergo an operation but I really was not comfortable with this.
I met a friend who advised that a balanced diet could help me solve the problem and I was conviced to eat a lot of vegetables and drink plenty of water. As I was trying this new diet, I met Green World distributors Mescheck Thuranira and Alice Ngure.
