Conditions: to be able to be paid month bonus as a beginner first you need to reach a target of ksh 26,250 sales of products (every time you refer clients for scanning and they buy products you are paid commissions from scan and retail profits from products bought but all the product purchase the clients you reffered have made are recorded on your sales record at a wholesale prices..so they keep accumulating as you refer clients..so you keep marketing and refer clients to get our services like body scan if they have health issues and they buy our products or they buy supplements they need for there personal consumption as some products can be bought without scan like herbal toothpaste, organic fertilizer for farming e.t.c
Once your sale for wholesale of products accumulate to ksh 26,250
You become level 3 of marketing level where you will be paid with 20% from your sales onwards
I.e you are beginner and you got registered as a marketor with 1500 and started...they your made cumulative sales the wholesale month as spending time marketing and referring clients worth ksh 100,000
Because you are first time the company system will recognize you have reached a marketing levels where you can started get paid monthly bonuses from your sales.
This is how will be calculated
=ksh 100,000 -26,250(the company will deduct as if you first to qualify level 3)
Remaining =73,250
You will be on the 20th of the month
=20÷100×73,250=ksh 14,750.
If you do month sales the more the month..
If the following month you do the same sales of ksh 105,000
This is how you will be paid:
You will paid with 25% because you will have moved to level 4 as you would have met the target for another level and your payments percentage increase. The more you work and makes the first you climb the level.
This is how you will paid:
You will not be deducted the ksh 26,500 again.
So you will always be paid 25% from your sales until you move to another level where your payment percentage will be increase. That is level 5-paid with 30th percent.
Calculations:
25÷100× ksh 105,000
=ksh 25,000 (bonus) on 20th of the following month after your sales are submitted on the 30th of the month.
Making sales is one of the most important sources of your income as a Green World member. After you become a 3-Star Consultant, you get 20% out of your personal sale. That is to say, the more personal sale you make, the more bonus you make. Your monthly sale is the constant income as a distributor
Remember the commissions from scan services or products are paid on daily basis depending on the number of clients you get and there purchases.
Marketing levels and there targets and payments percentage:
Remember there is no demotions in the ranks or levels :
Level 3= cumulative sales target(ksh 26,250)
Payments percentage =20%
Level 4 = cumulative sales target(ksh 105,000)
Payments percentage =25%
Level 5= cumulative sales target(ksh 420,000)
Payments percentage =30%
Level 6= cumulative sales target(ksh 2,100,000)
Payments percentage =35%
Level 7= cumulative sales target(ksh 8,400,000)
Payments percentage =40%
For today I will talk upto level 7 of marketing levels but there are other higher levels until you become a share wholesale of the company
Also because you can achieve level 6 with 6 months and level 7 within one year or even in less time depending on your effort and commitment and your goals.
Other higher levels include
Level 8, star 1 manager to star 3 manager, start 1 director to star 5 director and honorable chairman.
Each level has its sales target and higher payment percentage.
Team building/recruiting new members or marketors:
You notice in the marketing levels the higher the level the higher the sales target right also there the payment percentage that is nice right and tricky right? Especially once you reach level 3 in the rank.
Now after you manage to reach level 3 or level 4 the company recommend you recruit atleast 3 new members or marketors on additional on doing your sales because team work makes work easier as the company system will calculate both your sales and team sales to help you and your team grow the levels faster and with team work you can meet the sale target more faster and grow the ranks. When you are alone and you are making sales you may grow slow in higher levels and you may not be able to meet the fully sales target but with team work you will be able to grow faster. You can recruit as many marketors or members as possible as long as you will to train them and guide the on how to get started. Minimum is 3 but you have many.will see the advantages as we proceed.

Recruiting new members or marketors has monthly payments /bonuses 🎁 aside of those from your sales. That is cool..
Now there are two ways the company will pay you monthly bonus on additional on your monthly sales bunus:

Condition: once you become level 3 you recruit at 3 new members/marketors.. among your happy clients you will recruit atleast 3 or more to becoming members/marketors and they work and become level 3 like you you will be paid sponsorship bonus per person that is ksh 7,014 per person if you are level 3
=ksh 7,014 ×3
=ksh 21,042 (bonus)
If you had more members who become level 3 multiple ksh 7,014 × the no.
On additional if you are level 3
And you recruit 3 members at once and they become level 3 like you automatically you become level 4 because your sales of ksh 26,250 as level 3 plus your team sales of each ksh 26, 250 would have reach sales target of level 4
Making you to reach level for faster as you have done team work compared to individual effort which would have limited your additional earning potential.
Ksh 26,250×4
=ksh 105,000 sales target reach with team work. That you have reached level 4.
You will keep recruit new members to expand your team and increase your income still earn sponsoring bonus.
Now as you grow higher levels the sponsorship bonus will increase per as you continue recruiting new members (happy clients you reffered can easily become members when you approach them)
Sponsorship bonus increase as you grow the levels per person:
